(emails are answered almost every day, but the online booking (option 1) is by far the fastest.

4. Through booking.com(More expensive because booking fees go to booking.com)

Cancellation Policy

In case of no-show the full amount will be charged. For late cancellation a 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 10 days before your arrival date, by sending us an e-mail, fax or by contacting the hotel directly.
